Our base rates are listed below. All plans include Barberton court pickup, up to 3 local service attempts and process server's return filing. Rates vary based on delivery speed and travel fees for outer service areas. For local property notifications (such as 3-Day Notices to Vacate or Eviction Postings), we offer a flat rate of $50 for posting of documents that are provided digitally, or $75 if documents are physically picked up from a law office or landlord.
