Among the several locations we serve paperwork, Canal Fulton, Canton, Massillon and North Canton are some of the best-known areas in Stark County. We provide our services in many more parts of the county, of course. Legal offices and unrepresented petitioners hire us to use our service of process skills when it is essential that motions, affidavits and court orders are served upon an opposing party. Using this reliable service helps avoid potential hearing delays and postponement of relief, which often result from lack of service. If you require personal service for an individual complainant, respondent or business defendant, including registered agents, call AMC Process Service to get the job done.
Official documents often require the embossed or ink stamp and signature of a notary public before submission, and we endeavor to make this process much easier for Stark County residents with our mobile notary service. People who travel to various places throughout the day or have multiple business locations can greatly benefit from this service. Simply call or email us for an appointment and receive efficient, friendly and cost-effective service when it is suitable for your schedule. Meetings outside of business hours are accessible upon request.
In a world where information is king, AMC Process Service offers its document retrieval service as a strong support to your case and project. Perhaps you need records researched and copied, and then delivered from the basement of a local court house to your business? Maybe you require certified copies of an order from another court, but you have an all-day meeting or case hearing and cannot retrieve it? Even if you are simply at the investigation stage of your project and need additional assistance as a sole practitioner or private individual, we can help. Contact us to find out the ways that our time can help save yours.
As a part of the States of Ohio, Stark County has three separate courts for residents to utilize. It is within the jurisdiction of the Fifth District Court of Appeals. The common pleas court uses a separate mailing address from its physical location. Stark County has all of the courts and divisions that people might expect. However, the structure it uses to offer legal services to families is slightly different from that of many other counties. In particular, while other counties often have divisions that operate separate from one another, the common pleas court, juvenile court and domestic relations court in Stark County act as one to form the family court. The probate court operates in the same building as the other divisions. These locations, process service rules and other facts can be found in the following rows:
