Ohio Process Service Rules

As a part of the State of Ohio, Summit County has four major court branches to address different types of legal issues.  It is one of the few counties that appeal to the Ninth District Court of Appeals.  The court of common pleas, domestic relations court and probate court, while technically separated by floors or different addresses, are in very close proximity to one another.  The juvenile court operates in its own building and is most commonly referred to as “Dan Street” by local residents.  This table provides the location of local process service rules for review:
