DOCUMENT RETRIEVAL SERVICE

Overview

We generally provide document retrieval and delivery services for businesses and individuals in the Medina, Stark & Summit County, Ohio areas. However, AMC Process Service may also provide similar services for out of area customers by retrieving documents, either through local clerk of courts or online docket systems, and then delivering these documents by email, Federal Express or U.S. Postal Service. The types of civil cases we cover include, but are not limited to, divorce, probate and real estate. Here is a partial list of documents we can retrieve in such cases:

Express Service (Same Day)

In some situations, time is of the essence. The balance of a case may require an exact copy of legal documents from another court. Under these circumstances, call AMC Process Service to obtain the materials you need. You can be confident that we will hand deliver your copies in a timely fashion, which will allow you to focus on other matters at hand. When circumstances to not require in person delivery, we will send you electronic copies (PDF) of your documents the same day and mail the originals via overnight via Federal Express. Consult with AMC Process Service staff regarding this service. * Note: Hand delivery is available only in Medina, Stark & Summit County, Ohio. *

Priority Service (1-3 days)

When Same Day Service is not needed, but timeliness is still somewhat of an issue, the Priority Service level is the answer. AMC Process Service will retrieve your documents in a swift and diligent manner, such that any requested documents will be available to you within 24-72 hours. Sending electronic copies (PDF) of your documents is also a part of this service.

Standard Service (3-5 days)

As a cost saving measure, the Standard Service provides document retrieval for a bargain price. Just as the other service plans offer, you have the option to receive both an electronic version (PDF) of your documents as well as the originals sent to you using a commercial delivery company. If you are simply in the research phase of your case or want documents to supplement your files, this is very likely the level of document retrieval service for you.
